Whatever your ambitions as a referee, you will be given every opportunity to progress as far as you are capable.  The starting point is the Entry Level Referee Award (ELRA), from which you can join one of the many Referees' Societies around the country.  Once you are a Referee Society member, your development and training will be managed in a structured way and you will have the opportunity to test and challenge yourself.  For the lucky few, the National Panel of Referees beckons.........  For further information on the ELRA, please click here
